Could i have ADHD because im a INDIGO CHILD?

Im mostley a right side thinker (the creavtive brain side), whenever i do math or anything math like i have to move, like tapping my leg up and down or cnstenly shift my position, and i do things mostly like my BFFL (and im a boy and hes a boy and were not gay) and he might have ADHD also were both INDIGO CHILDREN, so ya just wonderin
