I was staying at a friend's for a week now and I just found very small bugs on my air mattress and all over?

They are all around the room I am staying in. MY suitcase and clothes were also in this room. I noticed that my feet and legs had been itchy since I got here, but I just contributed it to allergies which I often get. The bugs are very small. I wouldn't have even noticed them if I hadn't been examining the mattress for a hole. How do I get these bugs out of my clothes/suitcase/other belongings? I'm sure that they have probably infested them by now. I really don't want to take them back home with me.
