I have bin having weird dreams and they are starting to confuse me... What they could possibly mean?

OK so i have bin having weird dreams lately... One of them is that I was in an insane asylum... I wasn't crazy though but everyone around me was and they were trying to kill me but I was trying to escape and my ex-boyfriend/still boyfriend was trying to save me and every time I got away they would drag me back in. Now I had another dream last night that confused me even more... I was in a school setting and this guy just kept coming around examining our faces (me and my friends) until finally he called us to follow him and when we followed him I blacked out and woke up (still dreaming) and he was sawing my head on my hairline trying to get my brain out then i blacked out again... When I re awoke in the dream it felt like I was smarter braver and more evil but the weird part was that I was functioning just right without my brain when clearly we need our brain to function but he would use us to make his choices on whom he would chose next but then we started a dance group and I woke up!!! I'm very confused about these dreams I mean I wasn't minding them at first but when they started affecting my emotions throughout the day then I start worrying... If any one can help interpret these dreams I would be very grateful!!!
