Today I was masturbating and I came, and everything was normal. I went to the bathroom and when I urinated and it felt strange. Later the tip of my started to burn. After I examined I noticed the hole had a tear making it "longer" when I like pushed the head together it was noticeably larger, it aches every now and then but I'm not sure what to do.
