My wife is a catholic I am an etheist, how do we raise our kids?

First of all, I was raised a strict baptist and I believe in the philosophy of raising a child to know whats good and bad... and now I do not believe in anything because of many reasons. I am married to a catholic and I do not believe she is at all about it, but feels the need to bring my 6-month old into catholism. How should I handle when my son asks me questions about religion without upsetting my wife?
