Is this nerve damage?

I feel weakness and coordination problems in both wrists. Over the past year the problem has gotten worse. Also I feel pain on occasions too, but not often only after using them for a certain amount of time or playing guitar even. Also, this just happened today...I work at a pizza restaurant and I had to pull as much pineapple as I could out of the bottom of a container, and the liquid at the bottom is COOOLLLLDDDD!!!!!!! anyways, after 3 seconds of leaving my hand in the liquid i felt pain in back of my hand towards the wrist, but there was SOOOOOOO much pain in my wrist itself and the pain persisted for at least 10 seconds then began to go away. This is all I have examined with my wrists so far, what does it sound like it is?
