Hi ,i am 24 years old i developed a itching around my urethra few days back,no discharge.help?

hi i am 24 years old, i developed intense itching around my urethra a few days back, it happened 4 to 5 days after i had with my boyfriend, i thought its uti so i took norfloxacin but to no help.... i examined my self and i have few white spots around my urethra, i have no vaginal ithching...please help...and no discharge...just itching
