Girls, how do you deal with having a doctor/nurse examine or work on your privates?

As I mentioned earlier, I have to have a mole removed above my , and I have to shave my pubes. I hate the idea of having them work down there. One I"ll be naked. And second, I may get an involuntary . The nurse may be a medical professional but she is still a woman and will notice my package, even though she has seen hundreds in her line of work no doubt. So girls, what do you think about during your exams? And do you normally shave the night before getting looked at?
