Hair help fast color fade issues?

I had bleached blond hair which i dyed perfectly black(dark indigo tint very slight) with blue chunks(feria starry night black, shocking blue manic panic). I had dyed my hair like this for a while before i went blond, i was nervous about fade but had money to redo it (or so i thought). It lasted for 2 months until i went swimming in a chlorinated (beyond belief) pool, now its grayish blue, grayish blond,ugly blond, weird blue & brown and im out of money. I knew it would fade badly but was just going to redo it. I have the blue and some henna powder(was going to tattoo not really fond of using as dye) any ideas? Im incredibly desperate i cant go any where like this and i need to look at least decent to get a job... I need a quick fix and not just wear a hat. I have no way to obtain dye unless one of my friends has some they can give me. So any ideas are reallllyyyyy appreciated :)
