I have pinworms! please help me! im scared!! D:?

Im a 14 year-old girl, and i have pinworms! D; I know for sure i have them because the obvious itching in that certain area! And because when i itch i want to get them out so a couple times they would stick to my fingers and i would examine them and then i looked up what they were! I havent told ANYONE about this! And i dont wanna tell anyone for fear of what they'll say); Is there anyway that they will just go away or anything i can try without telling anyone and without going to the doctors?? PLEASE HELP!! );
