Please everyone answer this does he like me!?

There's this guy I know ,who is a waiter, he gave me his number, things are going well between us we talk everyday and I usually go to this cafe ...but now he will leave it for a better job in a company I'm really happy for him so he told me that next week is the the last week for him and as we won't be able to see each other for one year because Of some reason he begged me to go to the cafe to see me so I did and he kept staring at me all the time and watching me talk to my sister and kept smiling.... Does that mean he loves me or likes me???
