What happens at a Physical Exam?

I'm a teenage girl and a bit nervous for my Physical Exam. What should I expect? Will they examine private areas? What type of questions will they ask me? I'm not a virgin so I was wondering if the doctor would know if I had or not after a Physical. Please help, I'm really scared my parents will find out.
