What is wrong with my body!?

Okay, so I have not exactly been regular in the bowl movement department. On Tuesday i took a stool softener and it happened, but then wed and thursday, no movement! I took a stool softener earlier this evening, went for a walk, drank warm water AND tea but nothing seems to be helping! Im kind of scared at this point, and I think the reason I am not regular is because of this new medication im on. If anyone can help me, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Im just really scared...
