Help!! my neighbors car was stolen!?

My friends Grandma, lives in the house across my street, and she says today she walked out and her car was gone. And just last month, there were these 2 men who claimed they were from home security ADT and they came to my house and we asked for a buisness card but they didn't have any? and then they went over to my neighbors house and examined the car and talked to each other...were these real ADT people or car stealers? what should my neighbor do? the car that was stolen was a nice car but had flat tires. Help please? thanks! (p.s how can i help her?) I'm 11 yrs old please help.
