I have a large tear near the entrance to my vagina that won't heal..help!?

Ever since I have been on depo I've had trouble getting lubricated on my own..I had with a guy back in February and it was totally dry down there, it was some brutally painful which I hadn't experienced before..I didn't see him again but the morning after it really burned when I peed..after taking a hot bath it felt soothed and I didn't have a problem..it was 5 months that I didn't have and the only thing I noticed was certain soaps made the one side of my vagina sting a little. No itching or odor like you would with an STD, it was barly noticable until I found a new sex partner. This time knowing I can't get wet I used some lube and as soon as he d I felt it again on the one side around the opening, when I told him to stop and pull out I noticed a small amount of blood on my sheets and the lube started stinging that one side. After examining my vagina in the mirror I was shocked to see a tear about 3cm long near the entrance to my vagina, it was really swollen and when I went pee it burned so bad..so again I had a hot bath and it felt soothed, no problems now but I'm afraid to have sex, because the tear is fresh and won't heal. I'm positive this happened all the way back in february and has been fresh ever since. So it's had 5 months to heal, I made an apointment with my doctor but I can't get in until the Wednesday the 8th..what kind of treatment is there for vaginal tears that won't heal on their own? I'm also getting checked for STDs so don't answer saying "you could have an STD" I'm %98 I don't have an STD there is just a distinct rip near the entrance of my vagina that won't heal..HELP!
